Production and Dispatch

All samples are produced to order to ensure they reach you in the best condition. Dispatch will occur within 3 working days for all orders, at this time a Royal Mail tracking number will be sent out via email. Royal Mail estimate 1 – 3 working days for 1st Class delivery.

With ‘Signed’ delivery a tracking number for each order will be sent by email. Items can be tracked at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.  Fragrance Fractions’ stated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Fragrance Fractions is not responsible for and cannot affect the delivery times once the order has left our premises. If you are not in at the time of delivery the postman/courier will generally leave a note to say that the parcel has been taken back to the depot where you may pick it up/request a re-delivery. Once Royal Mail have attempted to deliver, it is the customer’s responsibility to make collection or re-delivery arrangements with Royal Mail.

Special Delivery – Royal Mail

Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service will be an available option at certain times of year. This is a fully tracked service which aims to arrive before 1pm the day after dispatch (Monday to Friday).

Please be aware we still require the aforementioned period to prepare each order by hand.

EU and International Shipping

In the United Kingdom perfume and aftershaves are classified as dangerous items for shipping purposes. As such, they cannot be sent internationally by air mail, and only certain ground transit will accept them under dangerous goods services.

We are currently unable to offer international shipping.

Goods Lost in transit UK

Any items not delivered, must be reported to us within 7 days of your order being dispatched and we will try and locate it. Fragrance Fractions, will not accept claims for non-delivery of items sent by Standard 1st Class Post, if we are not informed of non-delivery within 7 days of dispatch of your order. When informed about non-delivery, We are required by Royal Mail, to wait a total of 21 working days before a claim can be made for a lost item, and therefore we do not consider items lost until 21 Working days have passed. At this point a claim will be raised and a replacement item sent (stock permitting). Where items are out of stock a refund will be made.

In the event of an order lost in transit the customer is required to cooperate with Fragrance Fractions and Royal Mail in dealing with the claim. Failure to cooperate may invalidate the claim for a lost order.

Fragrance Fractions cannot accept responsibility for delayed or lost orders due to incorrect delivery addresses being provided. Customers Order Confirmation Email will state the delivery address given with the order. This is the customer’s opportunity to inform us of any errors. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details supplied are correct to ensure no issues occur with delivery.

Goods Lost in transit Europe

All European Shipments are managed by DPD and are Tracked. Delivery times stated are estimates, Fragrance Fractions will not refund or resend items due to late delivery. 

Any items not delivered, must be reported to us within 7 days of the estimated date of delivery (given at checkout and on order confirmation) and we will try and locate your goods. Fragrance Fractions, will not accept claims for non-delivery of items if we are not informed of non-delivery within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, because DPD will only accept claims for lost items for a period of 14 days after dispatch. In the event of an item being lost and reported as above, a claim will be raised and a replacement item sent (stock permitting). Where items are out of stock a refund will be made.
