When will my order arrive?

Royal Mail's First Class service aims to deliver the next working day following dispatch, including Saturdays. In practice, while a large portion achieve this, some areas can be slower than others so we advise 1 - 3 working days.

Dispatch will occur within 2 working days of the order, this allows us time to process all items to order by hand so that every sample gets from us to you as fresh and authentic as possible.

Do you provide invoices for purchases?

Invoices can be generated on request, by default only an email receipt will be provided.

I've made a purchase, but i've yet to receive a confirmation email?

Under normal circumstances our confirmation emails will send immediately upon purchase. Please check your spam filter as it may have been flagged and sent here, some mail servers are more prone to this than others, in particular if you've used a work email address where spam detection settings are often turned up to the highest levels for safety reasons.

If you're still unable to locate it let us know and a member of the team will be happy to assist.

If your order was placed within the previous 2 working days, your order may still be being prepared by our team. This allows us time to decant all items to order by hand so that every sample gets from us to you as fresh and authentic as possible.

I've received my tracking number, but the tracking isn't updating?

Please be aware that First Class Signed For is not a fully tracked service, this tracking will only update again once it reaches you and prior to this will only display the origin Post Office and date of dispatch.
