Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service aims to deliver 2 – 3 working days following dispatch, including Saturdays.

Dispatch will occur within 3 working days of the order, this allows us time to process all items to order by hand so that every sample gets from us to you as fresh and authentic as possible.

Under normal circumstances our confirmation emails will send immediately upon purchase. Please check your spam filter as it may have been flagged and sent here, some mail servers are more prone to this than others, in particular if you’ve used a business email address where spam detection settings are often turned up to the highest levels for safety reasons.If you’re still unable to locate it let us know and a member of the team will be happy to assist.

If your order was placed within the last 3 working days, your order may still be being prepared by our team. This timeframe allows us time to decant all items to order by hand so that every sample gets from us to you as fresh and authentic as possible.

In some cases Royal Mail tracking may only update again once it reaches you and prior to this will only display the origin Post Office and date of dispatch.
